3 Ways to Show Client Testimonials

October 17, 2018

People go to your website to do research on your company. One of the best ways to highlight the experience and value you bring to the table is through client testimonials. Testimonials show off how others have benefited from your product or service and help influence people into making buying decisions.

We recommend placing testimonials throughout your website to reinforce your message.  Today, we’ll go over 3 ways to creatively display client testimonials on your website.

3 ways to feature client testimonials on your website.

1. Sliders

Sliders are a great way to showcase multiple testimonials without making your user scroll down the page. The testimonial slider you see above was used on our homepage to showcase some of the different projects we’ve worked on. Using a slider was a great way to get additional content on the page without making it look cluttered.

2. Call Outs

Call out testimonials are a great way to draw attention to what your clients are saying as well as break up the content on the page. For Dr. Neville’s website, we added testimonials on a solid purple background throughout her pages to help break up the content into easy to read sections. The bold background helps make the testimonial stand out, so people will be more likely to read it.

3. Video

If your clients are willing, adding video testimonials to your website can be a great way to add interactive content and build trust. Christine Benedum featured her actual clients in a series of short, video testimonials for her website. Potential customers can relate to the people in these videos and get a sense of what it’s like working with Christine.

If you’re looking to build brand trust and increase conversions, let your customers do the talking! Adding client testimonials attractively throughout your website will help reinforce your message and client experience. We hope this article gave you ideas on ways to add testimonials to your site.
