Barbara: Hi everyone! Welcome to another episode of Quarantine Q&A, where we answer your most frequently asked questions.
Today’s question is, “Do you guys offer website hosting?”
This is something that we get asked all of the time and the answer is yes, we do.
Mark: So whenever you get a new package with us, this is all included in the package. So you get the hosting and website maintenance.
Long story short, you don’t want to manage your own server if you can help it because it takes a lot of technical experience, you’re going to always have to keep it up to date, so that’s where we come in. If you sign up for a package with us, this is all included and I go in every month and actually make sure everything is running and get everything up to date because – so I actually had a call with somebody yesterday. They’re on a different hosting plan, their own, they wanted to be able to update something on their server and he had no idea how to do it.
So, you don’t want to deal with that. Honestly. You’re running your own business. You want to focus on your business, you don’t want to focus on what version of PHP you have. Let somebody like us take care of that.
Barbara: Yeah, it’s complicated stuff and you really have to have a lot of knowledge in order to make those updates and most people don’t want to learn it. I mean, I don’t even want to learn it. I let Mark handle all of that.
So the answer is yes, we do offer hosting and we will maintain your server and make sure that your website stays up and running.
