How to add Tooltips in Elementor Pro

In this video I will show you how to use Elementor Pro to create custom icon tooltips. I wanted to make this video to see if I can use the Elementor hotspot widget to make an icon tooltip.

I’ve tried to use other tooltip plugins to pull this off but I couldn’t find a good solution.
