What is the difference between pages and products?

Pages are the static pages of your site where visitors wouldn’t buy products, like an About or Contact page. Product pages are dynamic, describe what you’re selling, and allow customers to buy online. Often, product pages are designed to have a similar, consistent look.

Most of our clients fit into our 7-page 20 product package, but if you need more, we’re happy to add them and will provide you with a custom quote.

Are there any additional fees?

There may be additional fees for add ons or plugins that fall outside of our package listed above. During your free consultation call, we’ll get a better idea of what your needs are and if necessary, will provide you with a custom quote for design and development.

What do I need to get started?

We’ll need your content (product information, images, logos, etc.) and a deposit to get started. Before the start of your project, we’ll send you a welcome packet that will guide you through the steps.

Can you build me a Shopify website?

No. We design and develop our e-commerce websites using WooCommerce, the e-commerce solution for WordPress. We do not support Shopify or any other e-commerce platforms.

Can you design me a logo?

Yes. Many of our clients combine our branding and e-commerce packages.

Can you help me with photos/website copy?

While we do not provide photography or copywriting services, we are happy to refer you to one of our trusted partners that can help.
