No, you will need to have a domain name registered and provide us with that information. To register a domain, we recommend either GoDaddy or Google Domains. From there, we will take care of everything else.
Yes, if you already have a hosting plan somewhere else, you’ll be able to cancel it. We will become your website’s hosting provider.
No, we do not handle email hosting. We recommend using Google Workspace or Office 365 for email. Not only do both these products include excellent email hosting, but a suite of other useful products as well!
Yes, by signing up for The Web Design Package, you are signing a one-year website hosting contract.
Yes, our hosting is specifically designed for WordPress Elementor websites and won’t work on any other platform.
We cannot transfer the look and layout of your existing website, but we can transfer the content and images. Additional fees may occur depending on the size of your website and the platform it’s built on.
Elementor is the most popular visual, drag and drop editor for WordPress. We build our websites using Elementor to allow for easy editing and customization. An Elementor Pro license is included with your web design package ($49 per year value) at no additional cost to you.
A 7-page website design is included in the package, which is standard for most small businesses. If you need more, we’re happy to add for an additional fee.
Yes! We build e-commerce websites using WordPress and WooCommerce. There may be additional costs for plugins or add ons for your e-commerce website. We’re happy to provide you a custom quote.
Yes, we can! Check out our branding package that will provide you with everything you need to create a strong presence both online and offline.
You will need to have both of these ready before signing up. We’re happy to provide you with references and resources if you need help.
Yes! We’ll provide you with training materials to walk you through the process.
